Ormiston Town Centre
Contracted to Supply and Place for a new $200m development near Flat Bush, Auckland. Reofab Auckland has had sub-contractors on-site placing steel since November 2018.
Queensgate Carpark
A congested and challenging reinforcing design for a new double level carpark at Westfield Queensgate in Lower Hutt, Wellington. The 1300mm thick raft slab requires approx. 1500 tonne of steel to be fabricated and delivered to site.
Ao Tawhiti
Reofab Christchurch were contracted to supply and install approx. 350 tonne of steel to Ao Tawhiti. This included the in-house pre-fabricaton and delivery of a 2.5m wide horizonatal beam which significantly sped up this part of the build.
GOODMAN CENTRAL PARK
Supply and Place contract for over 240t and 11600m2 of mesh for a Central Auckland Carpark. Along with our sub-contractor, Reofab provided a design solution for buildability issues on several large ground beams.
Westfield Riccarton
Enclosed space and rapid build, very low overhead heights and existing columns meant very limited truck movements. The client also needed the works completed in a short timeframe – which we achieved.
